The Doris Kennedy Education Foundation Scholarship

Eligibility
Applicants must…
- be entering a full-time undergraduate program of study majoring/minoring in a field of the Arts*,
- demonstrate a need for financial aid, and
- be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Required
Applicants will…
- have maintained a Grade Point Average of 3.0 or above*,
- submit two “Letters of Recommendation (LOR)” which describe your character, achievements, skills & passion for the arts, and
- submit a “500 word Essay” explaining why they are the ideal candidate for this scholarship.
Scholarship
Awards will…
- be paid directly to the attending school upon evidence of registration in an accredited post-secondary school, and
- each be in an amount up to $5,000 (one time award per applicant).*
- The DKE Foundation awards scholarships without regard to race, sex, religion, origin, age or sexual orientation.*
